Welcome to Larnaca Boat Rentals . By making a booking through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Policy
Customers can book the boat online by selecting:

• Preferred rental date

• Starting time

• Rental duration (hours)

• Optional extras such as fishing equipment

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Payments
Customers may choose one of the following payment methods:
Full Payment Online
The full rental amount is paid securely online by card during booking.
Deposit Payment
Customers may secure their booking by paying a non-refundable €40 deposit online. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the booking before departure.

Fuel is not included and will be charged separately based on current market rates at the end of the rental.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
3. Boat Requirements

• A valid boat driving licence is required to rent and operate the boat.

• The renter must follow all local maritime laws and safety regulations.

• Maximum capacity: 6 persons.

• The renter is responsible for the boat and equipment during the rental period.

4. Licence Verification

A valid boat driving licence is mandatory for all rentals.

Customers must present their licence before the start of the booking. Failure to provide a valid licence on the day of the rental may result in cancellation of the booking without refund, including any deposit or online payment already made.

Larnaca Boat Rentals reserves the right to refuse the rental if the customer does not meet the legal requirements to operate the boat safely.

5. Optional Fishing Equipment
Fishing equipment may be added during booking for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for returning all equipment in good condition.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 10 days before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 10 days of the booking are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

• Last Day Cancellations are non-refundable.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is caused by unsafe weather conditions or by the company.

Weather Conditions

If weather or sea conditions are considered unsafe, Larnaca Boat Rentals reserves the right to:

• Reschedule the booking, or

• Provide a full refund.

• If weather conditions deteriorate during the rental and the trip must end early, customers will only be charged for the hours actually used, according to the selected rental package.

7. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Late arrivals may reduce the rental duration. No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
8. Damage & Liability
The renter accepts responsibility for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of safety rules.
Larnaca Boat Rentals is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings

• Injuries caused by unsafe behavior

• Delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances

9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who:

• Appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Does not hold the required licence

• Behaves dangerously or irresponsibly
